  The company’s responsibilities under KPC’s Umbrella involve the exploration, drilling, and production of oil and gas within the State of Kuwait, the company is also involved in the storage of crude oil and delivery to tanker for export.Main Responsibilities:• Overall management of projects from conception to completion and ensure that all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with KOC HSEMS procedure.• Planning for the project execution in detail covering the resources & time management as well as providing work breakdown structure with resource allocation.• Control and direct multi-disciplinary & multinational workforce, ensure project team has a clear understanding of contract and its obligations.• Review and approval of Correspondence/Transmittals related to Civil Works like Shop Drawing Project material approval, method statements, ITPs.• Well conversant with International and Industrial Standards, Codes, KOC Standard, and Procedures.• Prepare & submit weekly Engineering, Procurement & Construction pending activities report to Snr Engineer. Monitoring daily progress report and daily site safety inspection report. • Conducting coordination meetings to resolve issues related to the works with Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Commissioning discipline-wise. • Tracking long delivery materials, instructing and follow-up with a contractor to order long-lead items. • Checking and certification of Contractor’s invoices with respect to the actual progress at the site. • Checking and signing all Inspections notifications related to Civil Works in the project.
