Conducted PA (whole shoe) construction test - from initial PA (development sample) to PP PA test (Pre-production trial) ,analyzed root cause of problem and gave efficient solutions etc, made risk assessment report to Clarks PD and QC team and shoe factory to improve about structure design and manufacture process and operation accordingly.Reviewed leather test reports with leather team and other test reports with PD team for high risk assessment: 1) low risk issue was given PCA –accepted go into production. 2) high risk issue: push factory to improve and do retest till to be passed.Support PD team and QC team and factory with technical issue which found along production.
