  As a Speech Therapist, I worked with students Pre-K all the way to 18 year's old to work on preventing, assessing and diagnosing communication disorders both verbal and nonverbal. This work was very meaningful for me to be a part of the process to provide life-changing treatment and support for students. I started our Special Olympics Program and also coached our Basketball and Track teams.

  Within the Industrial Engineering department, I conducted package forecasting for the 12 centers in North Dakota, South Dakota and Eastern Montana. I organized time and work studies to establish time required for the packaging and delivery process to be efficient while maintaining a high level of excellence and customer service. I also coordinated driver routing and logistics. I managed over $10 Million in Business Plans for major accounts in the North Dakota, South Dakota and Western Minnesota area. Within this role, I had the opportunity to receive multiple sales awards. I exceeded business plan goals all four years within the role. As the supervisor for the Preloading department, I managed a team of 35 part-time employees. Those tasks included scheduling, training and creating daily operation plans for our delivery routes.

  As COO, I am responsible for overseeing our company's business operations in order to have effective operational and financial procedures in place. I oversee all areas of our business including; staffing, sales, safety, compliance, employment law, and all projects. Part of my role is taking our CEO's visionary ideas and implementing them into practice. We are continuously establishing a culture that promotes our company values and vision internally and externally. Our newest program I've developed is our Transitional Work Program, where we are partnering with local non-profits to create assignments for anyone who is an injured worker and looking for light duty work. In these roles, I was an account manager for a variety of companies in our community that were looking to hire staff for administrative, accounting, customer service, and various other roles. I worked as a partner and established rapport with HR Professionals and hiring managers to maintain a high level of service. I managed our Administrative division and established processes and efficiencies within our team.
