      - Designed and integrated HMI based condition based monitoring on numerous equipment including VFD's, fluid fills and pneumatic cylinders to track/trend performance and predict failures- Improved run rate and reliability of Automated Guided Vehicles by optimizing camera teaching, improved optical tape track protection and re-designing magnetic proximity sensor mounting - Installed a wide range of discrete and analog sensors including: 4-20mA current transducers, magnetic induction proximity sensors and pressure transducers- Re-designed maintenance electrical test board to facilitate technical training and offline equipment troubleshooting, features include: PLC's, VFD's, HMI's, CC-link networking and solenoid valve manifold- Re-programmed solenoid valve controlled pneumatic cylinders to prevent jammed cylinders from moving unexpectedly during breakdowns, to reduce risk of injury for maintenance staff Show less
