      Study & Design of Double Pipe Heat Exchanger in CCF Plant  Failure of the gasket leads to unplanned shutdown and this causes major problems and increases the maintenance cost.  A general study of CCF plant is conducted and study & design of double pipe heat exchanger is made. Replacement of plate exchanger by double pipe is made to solve shut down problem as well as obtaining a life span of 15 years.
