Implement a systematic approach on what level of material to withdrawn based on WIP balance and WIP lead time.5. Maximizing glue usage on die bonders.- Extend glue usage per tube by r the minimum leftover glue tube based on product consumption and implement batch loading to maximize glue usage.6. Automated Weekly Segment PE reporting.- Reduce reporting manhours time from 4 hours to 1 hour.7. Automated Daily PE monitoring and response system.- Provides production early information to respond and react through loading structure and manpower arrangement.
