  • DIESEL ENGINES (Caterpillar C27/C15/C13/C7 & Cummins): Periodic servicing of engines included engine oil filter, fuel filter change, new engine oil fill up, air filter cleaning, Daily Checks: fuel level, coolant, lube oil level, top up fuel day tank, visual inspection for any leakages, daily engine report fill• DRAWWORKS: Oil level check in chain box, air supply and water supply pressure check, air leakage from valves, shaft end bearings temperature rise, abnormal sound in transmission system, greasing in lubrication points, hydraulic disc brakes clearances check, check wear pattern of disc brake block and clutch friction plate. Slip and cut of fast line.• MUD PUMP F-800 BOMCO: Daily checks: oil level in chain case, liner washer spray pump working, dampener pressure, relief valve • AIR WINCHES: top up hydraulic oil in lubricators, drain condensate from air filters, lube oil change of air motor and gear reducer, inspect cable for rust or broken strands, check brake band for uneven wear, • AIR COMPRESSORS: Daily checks- drain condensate from receiver and separator, system pressure, air filter periodic cleaning, compressor oil change• BOP ACCUMULATOR/ KOOMEY UNIT: Daily checks- all pressure gauges if correct, electrical power supply and air pressure supply, oil reservoir level, oil lever in triplex pump crankcase, accumulator pressure (3000 psi), all pumps line up, pressure check at remote panels. Bleed off and charging of accumulator• HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT (HPU): quick connectors keeping clean, leakage check, hydraulic oil level top up, filter indicators check, system pressure check,• HYDRAULIC POWER TONG/ PNEUMATIC PIPE SPINNER: Daily checks- dies for wear, gauge accuracy, protective door working, periodic lubrication, oil seal change of quick connectors if leakage. • POWER SWIVEL: gear oil top up, pneumatic motor lubrication, wash pipe checks for leakage and replace oil seal, if necessary, ensure safety slings on hoses Show less
