  My first work experience started here where I was recruited as a Site Civil Engineer. my work involved implementing project plans, doing feasibility tests and site inspections, maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing safety procedures, production processes, and making sure we follow regulatory compliance standards. I was also responsible for confidently negotiating with subcontractors and fulfilling milestones. our company deals with the Indian Central government civil contract works such as railway complexes.
