In order that I completely master the Japanese language in its entirety, most of my time was spent comprehensively absorbing the language. My goal was to remain in Japan and enter its workforce which I succeeded in doing and therefore mastering the language took up most of my free time.

The club had a nightly male revue with three separate performances. Due to the large volume of clientele, the job required I be not only expeditious but dexterous as well. It was mandatory that every customer have their drink before the start of the show.

Strict composure and the ability to multi-task and exercise restraint when needed were essential requirements of this position. To report any problems within and without the building in regards to but not limited to plumbing and electrical issues, sprinkler system problems, garbage, overall cleanliness of the property and any abnormalities that may arise warranting attention. 2.) Immediately report any illegal activities, excessive noise, disturbances of any kind, trespassing and illegal parking to whomever the matter may concern (e.g. police, towing company or the manager of the building). 3.) Water exterior plants and shrubbery by hand that are not exposed to the sprinkler system and water the rear lawn every other day depending upon weather conditions by hand or using a portable sprinkler.4.) Monitor the trash area and take out the garbage twice a week on designated pick up days. Bulk items are to be placed out on the curbside for removal one day before the scheduled pick up day.5.) Sweep garage and walkways twice a week, pick up litter and garbage wherever present, change light bulbs as required, change out filters for washing machines and dryers when deemed necessary and wipe down washers and dryers twice a week. Discard trash by wash area and keep it clear and clean.6.) Rake or pick up leaves, including under bushes once a week or as deemed necessary. 7.) Monitor the Sprinkler System to include adjusting the timers in the event of a power outage and repair or report for needed maintenance when necessary. 8.)
