      Currently in a PM/CM role for a multi-year business transformation and land information system replacement project. Previously provided expert level CM services for 2 Grid Modernization projects in BPA's Business Transformation Office (Agency Metering System Replacement and Customer Billing Center Replacement), the Energy Imbalance Market (EIM) Program start-up (5 projects in FY19-20), and served as PM and CM for 2 COO projects (Program Plans and Strategic Cost Management).All projects included clarifying stakeholder goals and engagement, sponsor coaching, process improvements, communications, training, and updated roles/responsibilities to support organizational initiatives, mission, and enhanced customer experience. On-boarded and mentored two new Change Managers during 3 month Lead CM LOA, received award for bringing improvements to the BTO in 2019 and recognition for project work in 2020.First role was to provide change management, communications and training services in support of 10 Operational Excellence projects (process, people and technology work streams), within a Project Management Office (PMO), including standing up the PMO/CMO, for a division of BPA.
