  I worked as an intern in Women Development Centre, Guwahati for a month on Women Empowerment. Initially my job was to take spoken English classes for 40 dropout girls who are pursuing class X through NIOS and then my work shifted to Personal Interviews and Case Studies with women belonging to different Self-Help Groups to understand the way how these Self-Help groups helped in empowering women.

Reliving the 'Lepcha' culture in the form of participatory observation enhanced skills required for a field study.-Additional working experience included individual interests on Education, Religion and Culture as part of my fieldwork. The idea behind the formation of this organization is to use the interests of different students from different line of studies to collaborate with leading organizations in the respective fields. This will lead to gaining of first-hand experience for students and also the organizations in turn receive active participation from the students in reaching similar sustainable goals.
