Bell, national and international professionals in the Listening and Spoken Language field Collaborates and supports JTC’s Operations on the management of all school district, regional center, audiology and speech contracts, rate sheets and Individual Service Agreements for JTC’s Fee for services Serves as primary connection with the CA Department of Education’s Non-Public School liaison, ensuring JTC meets the CDE’s federal and state statutes and regulations pertaining to special education.
