      Project Cumberland: Metro Medical business migration to Pharmaceutical SAP (Jan 2024 – Present)- Served as Master Data tower lead responsible for conversion of products, customers, and suppliers from Metro Medical legacy ERP into existing Pharma SAP instance and MDG customer onboarding and maintenance workflows.- Collaborated with Metro Medical business team and other project towers to complete blueprinting and define basic SAP organizational structure considering relationship to existing Pharma business units. We are actively gathering conversion requirements and performing data quality analysis across data domains, for example evaluating what products, customers, and suppliers already exist in our SAP instance as part of another business unit.Project JARVIS: Pharmaceutical Next-Gen eCommerce (Oct 2021 – Present)- Led team responsible for functional design of product, customer, and supplier data integrations from SAP master data and third-party data sources into Kafka and out to the eCommerce platform and Pharma PIM & DAM. Led cross-functional effort to implement 15 interfaces spanning 3 middleware technologies and including 5 microservices, 5 cloud databases, and 5 external connections to third-party data providers.- Collaborated with Event Driven Architecture (EDA) team throughout their implementation of Kafka to Cardinal Health as a pioneer of master data use cases acting as both the producer (SAP, third party data providers) and consumer (eCommerce) utilizing Spring Boot microservices, KSQL, and KStreams to achieve complex business requirements. Show less - Created functional design for conversion of 125,000 Pharmaceutical Distribution customers & 50,000 Specialty Pharmaceutical Distribution customers from legacy master data systems into SAP.- Identified more than 50 data scenarios causing failures in customer conversion and collaborated with data governance stewards in every business unit to drive the remediation of more than 70,000 customer data attributes to support both current state operations and conversion data integrity.- Built relationships cross-functionally and used knowledge of legacy systems and business processes to provide solutions for a wide variety of problems impacting Pricing, Rebates & Incentives, Order To Cash, Record To Report, and others, including identifying missed requirements and making necessary adjustments to Master Data design.- Gathered requirements from business stakeholders to design functionality in SAP to allow all business units to effectively identify customer groupings across the enterprise based on GPO relationships, common ownership, and other customer relationships including data cleansing in legacy systems and optimal conversion into SAP. 3 separate Project Change Requests were approved by senior leadership to fund this build. Show less - Served as subject matter expert providing necessary information to Pharma Modernization project (P-Mod) about customer master data business processes and Central Customer Database (CCDB) functionalities- Collaborated with Workflow Technologies team as they developed the HIN Request Workflow providing guidance on complex requirements, performing user acceptance testing, and prioritizing development based on available funding- After announcement that new accounts work would be moved offshore, hired 9 contractors and helped rebuild team culture bringing the team back to SLA only 3 months after 100% turnover- Performed user acceptance testing as the business owner of CCDB, prioritizing defects and enhancements considering impact to the pharmaceutical business and potential cost savings. Show less - Collaborated with the Chargebacks team to reduce the balance of average pending chargeback rejections due to a missing HIN by more than 50%. In 9 months 163 escalated HINs were used to resubmit ~13,000 rejected chargeback lines totaling ~$5 million- Led HIN request process improvement project collaborating with HIBCC to decrease the lead time for creating a HIN by identifying process gaps and eliminating waste- Created a business case and received funding to automate the HIN request process which increased productivity by 100% and significantly reduced the number of errors saving $18,500 in fees paid to HIBCC- Led account setup error reduction initiative resulting in a sustained 44% reduction in errors- Supported New Accounts, Maintenance, HIN, and Contracts teams daily lending subject matter expertise to ensure the highest quality in completing unique or critical cases Show less
