  Following a rigorous interview process, I was selected as the Venue Telecommunications Manager for the International Broadcast Centre, at 1m square feet it was most complex and demanding Olympic venue, home to over 25,000 broadcasters, photographers and journalists with worldwide audience of over 4 billion.• Responsible for the design and installation of the extensive voice and data networks for this venue. technologies include IPT, LAN, WAN, CATV, Wi-Fi, 3G, POTS, ISDN30.• Led the on-site operations team of 15 during the games, responding to new service orders and faults.• I exceeded targets for both "Flawless Delivery" and "Flawless Operation" at this venue. Show less Programme Director - Head of NHS Hosting. Recruited and managed a team of 25 staff responsible for the contractual and commercial delivery of the BT NHS hosting platforms. Primary point of contact for operational and commercial issues and actively participated in the NHS project Operational Board, reporting to the Transformation Director.Partnership Manager. Identified and developing key partner relationships on behalf of BT. Achievements in this role include developing the partnership with Oracle, which resulted in BT becoming the Oracle preferred hosting partner in Europe and winning “Best New Partner” status.Product Manager - Head of Portfolio Strategy. Managed the BT Ignite Applications Hosting portfolio of products and services to ensure that the channels were in place and suitably equipped to enable us to meet the associated revenue targets. Launched the “ASP Enabler” product into the USA market. This work involved developing relationships with prospective resellers and creating press and sales channel awareness for the product in this market.Proposition Development Manager. Created and developing the e-Business solutions offering. Achievements included the successful creation of a strategy and subsequent contracts being awarded for major projects with both Iceland and Somerfield for their retail shopping websites.Marketing Manager.   I joined BAE Systems in March 2018 with overall responsibility for the planning and delivery of two technically complex, business critical, digital transformation projects, which were stalled due to technical and planning issues. These high-profile internal projects were two of the largest within the company and were implemented as part of a Consent Agreement with the US Department of State, for the control of export data, being sent and received by BAE via Email and Web.Following an intense re-planning activity, I was able to successfully deliver the Email project, on schedule in mid-October, and the Web project ahead of schedule in November 2019. My contract was extended several times to deliver additional phases of these projects. In this role, I led multi-disciplined teams of contractors, full-time BAE employees and external suppliers, which had significant positive business impact for BAE. I had frequent engagement with senior stakeholders at director level and internal customers representing the numerous internal business units.I received a Chairmans Award for my work in this role.
