  Assist in project development during the pre-construction phase of planning through the following: *Perform site visits and walkthroughs utilizing a personally developed checklist that helps identify potential build problems early-on *Schedule, meet with, and communicate with trade partners on site for walkthroughs and rough-estimating*Establish rough-construction schedules in Smartsheets for both internal use and for coordination with trade partners After construction has begun, I primarily focus on the following: *Coordinating staff to ensure: Necessary materials are on site during any phase of construction, to ensure labor hours are trending within budgeted hours, and to ensure work is completed at the necessary phase in preparation of trade partner work, or next steps *Collaboratively working with staff and management when labor hours appear to run over budgeted allotment *Coordinating with trade partners to ensure the necessary work has been completed prior to their work beginning, and adjusting scheduling with them as needed.
