  Secretary to the Executive Assistant of the Vice President of Operations at BYUH. - Answer telephone calls and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals; greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. - Update and maintain the organizational charts for Operations. - Organize confidential and sensitive correspondence, reports, etc. - Organize archived documents for past, present, current, and future projects. - Update the Orange Cone website content using Drupal 8, while aiming to be ADA compliant and following the BYUH Branding and using BYUH official titles. - Assist the Executive Assistant with any tasks or errands. - Assisted in creating and organizing the executive assistant's process and procedures handbook. - Manage the calendar and independently schedule appointments. - Clean and organize the office. Designed posters, banners, stationary items (pens, bags, etc), table tents, digital signage. 2 major events were marketed to not only the University, but also those in the community through these means of design/deliverables.
