  In addition to the tasks described previously for the Design Engineer I position, the Design Engineer II also takes on the task of directing the install teams and working closely with other contractors to solve more complicated problems unique to each building. Overall becoming a stronger contact and answering more directly to the other trades to assist in taking control of building conditions. Designed control systems for corporate organizations. Was blessed with the opportunity to see projects from start to finish. First gathering information from several sources, Designing a system with engineering software’s and creating a Submittal, getting approval, going on site to implement, and finally finishing with a Operation and Maintenance Manual. This is a controls engineering position for building HVAC, lighting control, and mechanical plant control. It deals with PPCL programing, automation concepts and ideology, building network ideology, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering.To be successful in this position truly takes an outgoing engineer, willing to go to the field to observe what is actually occurring in the building.
