  Marketing Communications Coordinator

  As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, I was brought on to direct and implement marketing and communications activities and coordinate events for the North American team. I worked closely with the Poclain Group’s communication and marketing departments, headquartered in France. Within a week of starting, my boss left the company, and I needed to hit the ground running with very little training. It was my job to handle local internal and external communication and create brand awareness. I was responsible for organizing and managing on-site trainings, meetings, and company-wide events as well as partner with the communications and marketing departments to support the sales team and distributor network. ACHIEVEMENTS:❖ Managed ConExpo Event. Designed layout, selected products to showcase, and planned the logistics of obtaining products from international plants.
