Preparing presentations for various potential customers. I participated in international fairs to interact directly with the customers.   I worked for Make My Trip to gain experience in marketing and sales area. The experience gained was quite rich as travel industry is quite competitive. I was able to make good sales. My duties included calling the guests, pursuing them till the sale was made, giving them support till the travel was complete. I was the one point contact to the guest for all his problems till his travel was complete. I had many repeat customers.
