  Plant Process Engineer

  As senior plant Process Engineer I am responsible for the delivery of a programme of de-bottlenecking, process improvement and new plant equipment projects. This role requires me to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, management of resources and other engineering disciplines, costs and expenditure requests, management of change, implementation and benefits reporting.I am also closely involved in the strategic annual business planning, reviewing business targets and generating and prioritising projects that will meet them. Over the last 18 months, my portfolio enabled the site to meet annual targets by increasing overall site output from 2200 to 2700 MT/month, an increase of 22%. I line manage a junior engineer, dedicating the time to coach him towards Chartership, but also oversee the activity of the production, maintenance and project teams.I am part of the plant leadership team and regularly deputise for the Operations Manager and Lead Process Engineer.
