  Intern in the Balchandani Lab, aiding in two projects within the Advanced Neuroimaging Research Program at Mount Sinai in the BioMedical Engineering and Imaging Institute.Project 1: Linking the neurological effects of COVID-19 that persist in recovered patients to specific MRI-visible neuroradiological abnormalities in the Brainstem by conducting image analysis and processing of de-identified MRI images, statistical analyses, coding using MATLAB, presentation of results/findings, attendance at weekly group meetings and literature review.Project 2: Aiding in Hypothalamic subnuclei segmentation and diffusion tractography in Major Depressive Disorder at 7T through constructing figures, coding, and reviewing the final product for publication.
