      When customers step into leading hospitality establishments around the world, they do so with the expectation that their experience will live up to that brand’s promise. The Industrious Tenant Experience Management team is reinventing how people work by creating workplace experiences that make customers and employees feel welcomed, empowered, and delighted. What I Do:- I develop, refine, and facilitate hospitality, service culture, and operational trainings to a variety of employee types from property management to line level third-party janitorial and security teams.- I build processes and systems that allow for seamless communication of training schedules, completion, and compliance.- I develop and maintain a process for measuring our performance against brand and service culture standards, and provide information and coaching to our property teams to help them succeed in meeting these standards.- I create service campaigns that highlight, reward, and reinforce great acts of service - with the goal of nurturing a culture where employees feel seen, valued, and appreciated for the work they do. Show less Core Responsibilities- I led the team that designs the day-to-day experience for members of our coworking and suite spaces.- I developed and maintained a process for measuring our performance against customer experience standards, and provided information and coaching to our operations team to help them succeed in meeting these standards.- I created service culture reinforcement tools, inspired teammates to adopt our service culture, and conducted training to help coach teams in their interactions with members.- I worked closely with cross-functional teams to provide input into the development of additional products, services, and brands.
