Monitors salary adjustments due to regularization, promotion, transfer performance evaluation or government mandated wage increases. • Monitors probationary period of employee, prepares documents for regularization of employment. • Assists HR Managers in conducting training program particularly in preparation of materials documentation of proceeding coordinating activities facilitating sessions. • Answers incoming calls and transfers or refers them to the parties concerned. • Assists in SSS-related and Pag-ibig contributions, as well as certification of loan repayments. • Authorize to sign SSS, Pag-ibig loan, Philhealth for HR Manager. • Process SSS Claims and benefits. • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
