      Operations and Logistics Intern

During my Amazon internship at LTN1 I integrated quickly and smoothly into Amazon operations. I completed a whitepaper around concessions, as well as helping out with my colleagues completing similair projects. At Amazon I learnt how to prioritise a data-driven approach to situations, becoming proficient at data analysis and Microsoft Excel. I focussed on improving and innovating Amazon's already excellent operations to ensure the best possible customer experience. I was guided by the leadership principles, particularly innovate and simplify, and learn and be curious, to make new insights into data and create data backed recommendations to these findings. I ensured my data was presented effectively, ensuring all charts and graphs were accessible and clear.Alongside my project, I completed many other side tasks. These include: completing daily work on emotional intelligence for leaders training; completing a session on the foundations of SQL coding; deep diving the 2022 sustainability report; connecting and aiding other interns; and volunteering in the #AWSMapathon for Humanitarian OpenStreetMapping. WIISP Ambassador

As a Study Abroad Ambassador at the University of Warwick, I'm excited to take on a variety of engaging tasks. I'll be actively promoting our program, WIISP, by not only manning information stands but also by speaking to my fellow students, directing them to our website, and even giving shout-outs in lectures and societies. It's important to ensure that everyone knows about WIISP, so I'll also be reaching out to lecturers and department administrators, encouraging them to consider offering WIISP modules in the future. Feedback is crucial, so I'll be providing insights on the website, helping to make it more user-friendly, and passing on any feedback, whether positive or constructive, that I gather from students. Additionally, I'll be responsible for managing our email resource account and collaborating with other ambassadors to share the workload effectively. Lastly, I'm looking forward to participating in discussions to help evolve the ambassadorial role and contribute my ideas. Show less
