  My journey in Accenture started as a Senior Software Engineer in 2006, working on .net projects as a module lead. That was the time, Microsoft dynamics AX picked in Accenture, wherein a dynamics COE was started. In 2007, I got a golden opportunity to be part of the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 product development team as SDEIII. My hard work and dedication moved me from the level of SDEIII to offshore development lead for SRM team. During the course of the project, I got couple of promotions and became Associate Manager. Now, I started learning the project management skills from my managers. Accenture being a process oriented company, I gathered good knowledge and experience on the project management activities like program management, resource management, risk management, build management, defect management, contract compliance management, quality management, configuration and asset management, business continuity and disaster recovery management and metrics management. As I am a technology specialist, I became a technical project manager. I have handled projects from inception till closure and also contributed towards technical solution and architecting. Show less
