  I worked on a project titled "Effects of adding vegetable oil and soy protein isolate on the physico-chemical, nutritional and sensory properties of sweetened khoa prepared from low fat milk". Also I worked on the development of high quality paneer for the new paneer plant established in Aavin, Coimbatore. I had hands-on experience in the milk reception QC lab and gained knowledge about the overall production and refrigeration of the dairy products.
