Established viability of product which was retained by Lucent in Avaya spin-off. Went on to manage eight account executives and 70 resellers in seven-state South Central Region. Led region to first-place sales nationally with sales of $19.8M, 172% of quota, while managing a $24M budget.

  Established and led the information security practice at META Group Consulting. Recruited and managed information security professionals, while acting as the delivery manager to ensure customer satisfaction. Supported SOX, SAS 70, and ISO 27001 audit activities related to customers and had responsibility for Amdocs security at sites where Amdocs associates were co-located on customer premises. International audit experience in Canada, England, Israel, Cypress and India. Led offshore IT/IS teams in Canada, Cyprus, England, India and Israel to improve customer contract audit compliance from 74% to 100% compliance in 2012 and again in 2013. This represented the first 100% audit compliance in five (5) years. Provided contract audit compliance support and technical support related to information security aspects of new contract negotiations. Actively involved in resolving security issues in contract negotiations and with CGI Internal Audit.Have taken on responsibility for site physical security at CSG locations in the U.S. Four years experience serving on the CSG Incident Response team and recently completed the ASIS Workforce Violence Prevention training.
