Key areas of responsibility and results:Created and implemented a 5-year strategy.No. 1 in the WWF ranking among 34 mining companies in Russia in 2019 (2nd in 2018, 12th in 2017). Earned 71 points in the international Sustainalitics ranking (62 in 2017).Team management: 24 direct reports, 230 functional reports (within business units).Created an integrated business process management system.Completely reorganized the unit in the management company and business units.Transition from LTIFR-based corporate KPI to the Bradley Safety Culture Assessment.Successfully passed government inspections without operations stoppages. 98% of objections were addressed in a timely manner.Developed and implemented corporate KPIs to increase data transparency in reports and integrate into KPIs. 15+ processes modeled and automated on the basis of SAP modules.
