The design process is a major focus and encourages students to solve problems by working through their concepts in a guided manner. As of June, 2020 I stepped into the Fab lab Coordinator role which provides all the ordering and schedule facilitating for the lab staff. This includes maintaining schedules, working with schools and teachers to set up training, ordering materials, and developing processes for everyone.
