Started working in technical bureau,in group for designing and recovery of damage pipelines and vessels,where I collect big experience for many stationary equipment. Started working at NIS (PETROLEUM INDUSTRY OF SERBIA, Oil Refinery Pancevo) at first as an operator distiller to the furnace,later operator for pump and rotating equipment on Visbreaking plant.

  I worked as DCS OPERATOR (HONEYWELL DCS SYSTEM for S-200 Visbreaking process ).That included start up to normal proces condition,normal work,troubleshooting,emergency shut down procedures and daily reporting to management.

  At the beginning the 2012 I joined the team for pre-commissioning/commissioning and start-up of ISOCRACKING/ISOTREATING unit where I was promoted to a position of Unit group coordinator (Shift Supervisor). Complex (unit group) consists of: Reaction Section, (Mild Hydrocracking and Distillate Hydrotreating) Common Fractionation Section Make-up Hydrogen Compression section Claus :The Sulfur Recovery Unit (SRU) & TGTU(Tail Gas Treatment Unit )  HGU ( Hydrogen generation unit)  Amine regeneration, Flare system, Sour water striping SARU ( Spent Acid Regeneration unit) As the construction phase progressed duties and tasks varied; from pipe checking, developing punch lists, line & vessel flushing to equipment precommiccioning/commissioning and start-up activities etc. Show less

Conducting operational improvements, ensuring maximising hydrocarbon margin and minimising process losses and costs.insuring the process stability, product quality, man power organization, permit issuing and over all refinery coordination and communication with other unit groups, maintenance, product storage units etc. I continued to be a mentor to interns and assisting Unit Managers to evaluate individual progress and performance of operators.Also I trained field operators and DCS control room operators.
