      Organized a round table conference between members of the mainstream political parties in Bulgaria concerning the inclusion of the local minorities in society. Was responsible for contacting NGOs and journalists to promote the event and to later monitor the coverage in the national media. Furthermore was tasked with finding a moderator for the meeting and to negotiate with them their participation at the conference.       Main responsibilities revolved around following the work of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Delegation for relations with the United States and the Subcommittee on Security and Defense at the European parliament. Researched and prepared briefings for meetings, conferences, interviews and official visits. Attended high-level meetings and conferences between MEPs, representatives from the European Commission and officials from the Council of the European Union. Attended political assembly meetings and provided language support in the form of simultaneous interpretation from English to Bulgarian and vice-versa. Was involved in the organization of an informal discussion on the equal access to quality healthcare throughout the member states of the European Union between MEPs and local and international NGOs. Participated actively in the preparation of an art exhibition and a conference on Bulgaria's communist past in terms of preparing invitations for the event, contacting the offices of the MEPs and NGOs, ensuring the provision of the necessary technical equipment, negotiating with companies over the price of interpretation for the conference and assisting with raising awareness for the event via social media. My responsibilities were in the management of the programme’s risk, issues and dependencies, as well as coordinating the programme’s change governance process.In my previous engagement, I was involved in a major pharmaceutical company’s programme to refresh its IT strategy by setting and designing the Agile governance ceremonies for the project team, as well as owning the project plan. In addition, I was responsible for managing the programme plan, producing a Strategy-on-a-Page document and submitting weekly LT-level reports on current progress.In other client work, I was engaged in a GDPR compliance programme of a major Belgian telecom, where I was the responsible lead for analysing, shaping and scoping the centralised PMO service of the programme.
