  Served as the chapter President during the hardest times of 2020. Still converted visitors to members, even over Zoom. A 96% conversion rate. Retention remained the same. Ended the year with our group at $29+Million closed business. Served as the chapter VP when it first began as a startup group to a well oiled group. Retention was high and we converted about 90% visitors as members. Ended the year with our group closing in $29+Million
