DIL is the largest franchisee partner for Pizza Hut and KFC in India. It also has pan India franchisee rights for Costa Coffee and Swensen's Ice creams. Details:I was hired as an HR Graduate and consistently progressed through my 5 year long tenure. Details:The role required me to manage the Organisation Development and the Corporate & Graduate Recruitment function. I was supported by an HR officer and reported to the Head of Human Resources.
