  I am involved in several projects. One of them entails constructing a Chemical Storage Facility for CMS, which is a PEB structure standing at a height of 14m and designed to be explosion-proof. Another project involves transforming a warehouse located within Jabel Ali Freezone into a Tobacco Manufacturing facility, utilizing a hot rolled steel structure measuring 13M. Additionally, I am overseeing the development of a Staff Accommodation Building with a capacity to accommodate 900 residents, spanning across four floors. Moreover, there is a luxurious Villa project underway in Dubai Hills, featuring amenities such as a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and cinemas. Furthermore, I am currently engaged in the construction of a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility, encompassing research and development areas, utility services, storage spaces, and offices, covering a total build-up area of 12,900 sqm. Another ongoing endeavor involves establishing a Food Storage and Baking Facility for Master Bakers, with a built-up area of 15,000 sqm.
