  The Pablove Foundation focuses on pediatric cancer research funding and arts education for children undergoing treatment for cancer. Joined the leadership team of this startup non-profit to build out operational structure, staff, and programming, which paved the way for marked growth. In partnership with the President/CEO, provided oversight of 11 staff members in the areas of finance, development, special events, marketing, HR, and programming. Created and implemented a strategy to increase annual contributed income to $1.7 million in order to support Pablove's mission and its goals. Oversaw the strategy to expand its photography arts education program nationally, and to increase the number of scientific research grants being funded annually. Personally solicited five-figure and six-figure gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations.Produced athletic, entertainment, and family-oriented fundraising events including Pablove Across America in 2013 and 2014, a week-long cycling event for over 40 riders that raised $400,000+ annually.   Antaeus Theatre Company is a leading intimate theater in Los Angeles that produces timely and timeless works, inspired by the Classics.•Established the overall vision for Antaeus in partnership with the Board and volunteer Artistic Director. Created a strategic plan that aligned financials, operational needs, and artistic programming. •Produced over 20 plays; created the NEXT Commissions and Commissioned Alex Alpharaoh, Zola Dee, Lisa Sanaye Dring, and Marlow Wyatt; secured funding from The National Endowment for the Arts for the first time in the company's history.•Served as the lead fundraiser for Antaeus where I have grown the organizational budget from $600,000 to $1.3 million, completed a $3 million capital campaign, and garnered the largest general operating grant in the company’s 33-year history.•In response to COVID-19, co-created and co-produced The Zip Code Plays: Los Angeles, an audio play series that has reached 101,000+ audience members across six continents, and was nominated for "Best Fiction Podcast" by The Ambies. Developed a corresponding audience engagement strategy, The Zip Code Plays Tour, that explored landmarks and supported small businesses in various Los Angeles neighborhoods with virtual and in-person options.
