      Developed and delivered eight-unit "TuriKumwe" (We Are Together) Health Curriculum, a creative, gender-transformative framework marrying the concepts of health, life skills and basketball. Co-developed "Pathways to a Better Future" program, a pre-employability and life skills course for teenage basketball players graduating out of Shooting Touch. Developed and implemented program’s Theory of Change, Logic Model, and Monitoring and Evaluation plan to ensure utmost sustainable growth and impact of play-based curriculum.Facilitated over 60 coaching trainings on play-based curriculum implementation, setting foundational groundwork for a new perspective on health and improved livelihood for 2,000+ Rwandans.Executed eight gender-focused community health awareness events and advocacy marches of up to 1,000 attendees, to address women’s health rights and increase access to essential health services.Managed 25 coaches and 10 volunteers to implement basketball programming, scheduling, community events, and impact reporting across five basketball courts for over 1,300 beneficiaries.
