      Activities and Societies: 'It’s not daylight' - concept and implementation of the creative debut. 'Spectrum 53 ° N, 6 ° W' - member of an international event team. 'Romantic Land and Art Life' - active building of an international team organizing a commercial exhibition in Dublin. Implementation of the individual exhbitions covered art brief for a large format paintings series. I raised funds for the manufacturing and promotion. The project ends with organising an event opening the art exhibition.My individual venture became the part of two group projects. It implied a chance of becoming a part of two independent creative teams.

      Activities and Societies: I organised and participated in 20 international projects outside the study program. This allowed me to get 3 rector’s scholarshipsand the Minister of Culture’s reward for outstanding achievements. I was a founder and in Erasmus Student Network ASP Kraków - a student association integrating international art students. As a Creative Director I was responsible for getting funds and realisation of 2 international exhibitions and workshops. For 3 years I was a head of students. During studying I concentrated on practical skills in painting, graphics, craftsmanship and independence in taking project decisions.

      In 2015 with a group of students I decided to integrate English speaking artists in our school. As a board member I decided to take major responsibility of the art quality by tutoring members and organizing initiatives like academic workshops or exhibitions.Key responsibilities:• establishing the Organization's Mission and Purpose,• executive Director - Selecting, Supporting, Reviewing main projects,• recruiting New Members - cooperating Mentor Program,• spread the Word About the Organization. Show less I was one of the organizers of the open air artistic Workshops at Harenda- the House of Creative Work of ASP Kraków. My main job was to tutor foreign students - provide art brief and support to participants. The goal was to produce pieces for the exhibition.Key Achievements:• Establishing concept and brief, • Strategic planning resulted with successful integration of more than 20 polish and international students,• Managing association assets - financial optimization helped to refund 100% cost to team members, • Providing leadership to all staff during the event,• Writing creative text which resulted with printing the catalogue,• Organizing the opening event built the positive association reputation,• Exhibition under the honorary patronage of the Rector ASP Krakow prof.
