      As a member of Coops logistic department I was among other things project coordinator for one of Coop largest project with the goal to convert all trucking to rail traffic. It was a complex project with tight time schedule. The aim of the project was to reduce Coop´s total transport costs as well as reaching the overall environmental goals. I was also project manager for implementing Eco driving nationally with the aim of reducing fuel consumption in the company. Responsible manager for 3 Logistical specialists. Show less At the age of 27 I was announced responsible for Coops Customer Service. The department was divided into four different units in three different locations. Besides me, I managed three team leaders and 28 employees. My role was to streamline the internal processes, increase service levels, reduce costs and decrease response time. After two years at the post I had reduced the costs by 60% (most part from downsizing including my own position), increased customer service levels (response time) from 30 minutes to 60 seconds, reduced the number of departments from four to two situated at two different locations instead of three. I was responsible for the continuous improvements of the processes within the purchasing and supply chain organization. Therefore I was a member of the management group. The work was driven nationwide where I as a business designer participated in the joint work to implement improvement strategies in the organization with help of operational improvement teams, process mapping, statistical analysis and business intelligence.       Project Manager and roll out leader for Kronans Apoteks new ERP system. My responsibility as a Project Manager was to hire the project staff of 20 employees and together as a team educate all employees nationwide in the new ERP system. To implement this I was responsible for developing project plans and timetables, staffing, roll-out strategies, budgets, writing training materials and coordinate the roll-out plan with other parts of the business.

      I served as the Head of the Department for Project and Portfolio Management, overseeing its division into two specialized units. The first unit was the ICT Project Management Office, which comprised 14 Project Managers responsible for leading ICT projects across various departments and units within the Municipality of Bergen. The second unit was the ICT Portfolio Management Office, staffed with a Controller, an Administrator, and a Coordinator.In my role, I was a vital member of the ICT Management team and reported directly to the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). I work together with the CDO on strategic plans and their operationalization (digital roadmaps and capability mapping), throuout the company. I also work with the operationalization of digital investment areas where data and analysis have been one of the most important areas for Eviny to focus on. As a Digital Business Development Manager, the main task was to assist the business areas to realize new digital products as well as to lead digital projects.
