      Nov 2017 - now
      Facilitator

"Dialogue is necessary in a modern world characterized by contrast and change. Dialogue can help overcome prejudice and create understanding of other people’s perspectives. It can show us new ways of perceiving the world. And it can expand our horizon. Dialogue enables us to reach across an abyss of difference, as long as we see and recognize each other for what we are: different yet all human beings in the same world." (The Dialogue Handbook, p. 10)Based on the vision is to promote peaceful coexistence by means of dialogue, we aim to enhance mutual understanding between youth across national, cultural, ideological and other divides. In practice, we train young Egyptian, Jordanian, Tunisian and Danish volunteers to become ‘ambassadors for dialogue’, who implement dialogue activities for other youth – across national borders and in their respective countries based on local needs. Thus far, 25.000 youth have participated in our activities. In 2016, Als Research, implemented an impact study of our program – focusing on the learning processes of our core volunteers, and what they ‘do’ with their learnings. عرض أقل
