      Managing multiple environmental and munitions projects totaling over $58M. Tasked with overall responsibility for both CONUS and OCONUS Task Order administration, planning, implementation, oversight, and delivery of requirements. Responsible for projects in multiple OCONUS locations including Afghanistan, Korea, Japan, and Ukraine. Completed munitions response and clean up of 6,471,200 m2 of range areas at the International Peace Keeping Center in Ukraine. Effort required obtaining over 140 work visas for personnel, completion of safe recovery and disposal of 3,076 UXO items, and completion of 164,047 exposure hours without a time lost incident. Completion of time-critical response to remediate over 2,963 compressed gas cylinders at the Sagami Army Depot, Japan. This high visibility emergency response effort presented significant safety and disposal concerns requiring hands-on support, training, and innovative solutions for the safe and expedient processing of cylinders. Project was completed ahead of schedule and with zero OSHA/USACE recordable incidents. Project manager for a 5-year environmental support program providing expertise and completing environmental responses at Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) sites, Installation Restoration Program (IRP) sites, and Compliance Restoration (CR) sites. Developed Land Use Control Implementation Plan (LUCIP) for 7 Munitions Response Sites covering over 8,000 acres. Developed, obtained regulatory approval, and implemented innovative approach for completing five-year reviews of 7-MMRP sites to document selected remedies were protective of human health and the environment.
