      Major Responsibilities:  Conduct O&M training to familiarize the fresh employees. Team Leader to prepare Standard Operating Procedures.  Point out the discrepancies of various equipments, systems and subsystems. Recommend improvement and corrective measures to the construction contractors. Participate in project progress meetings. Guide and supervise preparation of preventive maintenance check sheets. Technical, administrative and financial correspondence at all tiers. Review and comment on O&M manuals. Keep liaison with NPCC / RCC for operation and switching. Ensure implementation of safety rules and regulations. Plan, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities. Supervise preparation of monthly project report.  Keep correspondence with the contractor to resolve the pending issues.  Maintain correspondence records and system related documentation.  Maintain & supervise LCUs for Generators, Turbines, Governors, Transformers, Switchgears, and Diesel generators.  Plan and supervise preventive maintenance of plant equipment and instruments. Trouble shooting and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and related instruments. Complete command on MMS (Maintenance Management System). Writing preparing trouble reports and issuing PTW through software based CMMS. And Supervise and participate in corrective maintenance of SCADA, DCS, governor, turbine, transformer and auxiliary systems. Supervise & control of Francis Turbines, 132KV AIS, For eBay & Penstock.
