  BRP ADVICE is a consulting company specializing in due diligence, financial analysis, financial modeling, and cases of insolvency. We also deliver lectures in the same field. Our clients are mid-sized companies as well as large and well-known Russian companies (e.g. Gazprom Neft PJSC, Evraz PLC, OJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, and others).We are proudly done:- financial models for private and 3P projects in infrastructure, mining, oilfield services, construction, processing of precious stones, agriculture, manufacturing, IT, and others.- investigated hundreds of cases of insolvency to reveal financial crimes and return to the debtor's assets billions of rubles.- deeply studied companies being acquired and startups being financed identifying risks, potentially controversial deals, and managerial problems.- gave hundreds of lectures on financial modeling and financial analysis to talented professionals from all over Russia, CIS, and Western Europe.I hold patents on financial models for the valuation of oil recovery enhancement projects and for the valuation of the publishing business.I developed software that we use to make analysis and investigations faster, deeper, and more reliable.I am the author of the book on financial modeling published in 2020.I taught more than a thousand people lecturing microeconomics at a university, financial management for MBA students, entrepreneurship and finance in St Petersburg business support center, and at the BRP ADVICE educational center as an author and lecturer of financial modeling, analysis, and Excel courses.
