      . Acting as a main point of contact for customers for issues or inquiries of payments or account by phone or email. Accurately advising customers with clear communication . Display knowledge of all site promotions and activity. Flag any issues that customers inquire about to the appropriate persons. Escalate refund requests . Monitor Live Chat environments and Forum environments for inappropriate behaviour . Interact with Live Chat and Forum participants through text .
