Show less  As CS CSF engineer, supporting the customers SK Hynix (Korean) to supervise ASML advanced photolithograph machines’ operation and maintenance. Cooperate with predecessors, take the shifting of duty work, created new service order, and administrate parts and tools finish all training in shortest time and start the 1st line engineer work. Based on major experience monitoring and diagnosing the machine status, updating the daily report, and analyzing error code are also my responsibilities. After organization name changed to GL(generalist)in 2012 received the metrology confidence and application training then start to take care the SK Hynix machine related with metrology issue, follow the SD(schedule down and un-schedule down) case, hold the daily and weekly meeting of general issue item with customers,  Technical and communication liaisons among customer and field CS, solve and answer customers’ consultation and escalate the issue to GSC(global service call center) or VHV DNE (develop and engineering center), update the issue/project status, customer needs, solution proposals. As the contact window and program leader transfer the KT(knowledge transfer) to customer regular base. Deliver the customer status and collect customer roadmap and competitor information for field team manager. As general technical expert, lead the team to meet and exceed the KPIs to ensure established the new projects, create the process and document to help new hire skill up in shorten time.
