      I have deep Total Market and Multicultural Communications Planning experience gained from working for two of the most renowned Procter & Gamble brands: Gillette and Pampers; As well as from one of the most strategic agencies (CARAT) and people in the industry. In this role I developed and stewarded total market communication plans as well as tailored ethnic (Hispanic & African American) for Gillette & Pampers. My role required deep understanding of both media planning and consumer insights in order to develop strategies that can effectively deliver on the brand's goals. One of my key focus was to identify the role of each channel based on the consumers' specific mindset and where they found themselves within the purchase funnel.
