      I was a critical part of their growth from $7B to $9B in revenue in less than two years. I led the entire company through a rebrand, and hired a staff from the ground up, in addition to hiring and managing an external PR firm, design agency, and contractors. I built their sales/marketing support function from scratch. Here I also developed a deep understanding of impact investing and the landscape of alternative investments including affordable housing tax credit syndication, opportunity zones, and more. When I decided to open my own firm, Alliant Capital signed on as my first client, underscoring the quality of my work. Head of Communications and Marketing for the company and its affiliates; aligning marketing and communications activities with overall business goals. Responsible for oversight of the company's marketing department and ownership of MarComms strategy, brand, digital marketing, PR, social media, content, and event activities.
