Developed forecasting and decision algorithms, models and methods, including software development.Selected Accomplishments:► Developed and executed low-cost and understandable methodology to quantify return on investment (ROI) before and after deployment of IDeaS systems. Method was used for retention of all major clients through the 9/11 and SARS crisis and increased sales to new users.► Achieved buy-in and delivered pilot support for 6 key clients of the new IDeaS SaaS Hotel Product.
