      I had been associated with Mortgage Service Centre Helpdesk(U.K Mortgages), one of the most high profile process across the HSBC portfolio. Here, I along with my team members used to deal with the customer service part (internal customers—Branch Helpline)of HSBC’s mortgage lending business catering to the United Kingdom. We deal with servicing all types of queries of the Branches right from the inception process of the mortgage till the funds have been released(HSBC registering its charge on the property) and finally the mortgage being paid off and HSBC releasing its charge.       From Project Management (Individual Contributor) I have moved in to Team Management role. Though the level is same, but it has given me the exposure to People Management as well. Of late, I have been handling a team of 20 resources, wherein I look after the Dispute and Complaints management queue. In this queue my team deals with Mis-sale allegations raised by retail (SMSE) customers of BT and we resolve the complaints as per the laid out procedures.Being a Team Manager has helped me in people management dynamics like: Conducting Huddles (Public Speaking), executing 1-2-1 sessions, Leave Management, Conflict Management, Team Bonding and motivational spirits, looking after the well being of the team during the Pandemic Crisis, Approvals of various expenses of the resources, keeping the team up to date with the changing business environment in which the Organisation operates etc. Show less Having moved to Projects from reconciliation, I have been instrumental in setting up networked Telecom services (WAN/LAN setup on ADSL, FTTC/FTTP and MPLS platforms) across various sites in U.K for several high profile corporate clientele of BT like – The Co-operative Group, Royal Mail Group, Compass Group, Wallgreens Boots Alliance, Fujitsu etc. I have also been part of projects involving Server Configurations, Firewall Amendments etc, wherein I have coordinated with network architects and Technical Design Authorities during both in-hours and Out of Hours to deliver the project. The entire gamut of Project work involved validating and assigning the customer’s request, Tech -Vetting of the request with the technical team, preparing the quote and sending the proposal to customer, Validating the PO from customer, raising orders, implementation of the product/service, test run, delivery to the customer, seeking customer’s approval for closure, Passing for billing and finally inventory updation. Stake holder connects, Keeping customer informed at every stage (KCI) along with maintaining the change log (tracker) which captured the order journey status had been few key elements of my profile as a Project Coordinator. Rich exposure to all these three fields have helped me in shaping myself as a Multifaceted resource, having experience in Operations, Project Manamgement and Team Management.As a resource in Revenue Assurance, I have worked on some of the largest contract accounts for BT like SKF, Standard Chartered Bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi etc and have been instrumental in plugging an significant sum of invalid costs that the contract teams were receiving from BT’s suppliers thereby helping the account team save revenue Leakage resulting in a strong financial position for their respective contracts.
