  Leading a number of concurrent programmes of work for a major government department to modernise the delivery of Digital service. This included a key piece of work to replace the 4 current services within 8 months. Key Responsibilities areas:• Mobilisation and leading the service delivery teams.• Transition of the service to the cloud (AWS) and re-writing the application in modern digital languages (Java).• Collaboration with in house and third party teams to deliver the client outcomes.• Engagement and management of senior client and third party stakeholders from the Digital Delivery, Operations Directors and the CTO.Key Achievements:• Delivered the overall program to the requested challenging timescales enabling the client to save circa £4m per annum.• Built the services to include Continuous Improvement (Dev Ops) solution including automated testing and deployment. Show less E2E Programme Director, Digital Transformation of a Government Agency Overview: Leading a Digital transformation program in Government Agency, where we transformed the way that the client delivers programmes embedding agile, scrum delivery and designing DevOps environment to be able to design, build test and deploy using DevOps in the latest technology’s (API’s, React, Node, Azure). With the aim of transforming customer offerings by developing new systems that cut across several legacy technology domains.Key responsibility areas:Mobilised and led onsite scrum teams working with the client’s digital leadership team to define the business requirements including the technical vision, and the to be architecture through a series of _Form_ based client engagements. Shaping the future operating model for the scrum and DevOps teams to enable pivots away from old technology’s such as; on-premise software to Azure, GIT to React/Node, Robotics Automation and presenting to the board.Key achievements:Successfully deliver the client objectives utilising a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the services across all aspects of the business.
