  As a Subject Matter Expert, I successfully led a project in collaboration with KPMG and GCC Lab Calibration Services to establish Saudi Arabia's first National Medical Equipment calibration laboratory. I also developed a proposal for a specialized accreditation program for the Ministry of Health's clinical engineering services in partnership with ECRI-UK. I spearheaded the standardization of national medical device naming and coding through the Saudi Health Council, while also overseeing a 370M SAR budget for a five-year capital medical equipment replacement plan. This resulted in a significant increase in spending efficiency, saving 135M SAR. Additionally, I played a key role in project planning, advising, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions.
